Micron 20 Ltd acquired newest tenth version, of professional CAM product "CAM350" by "TRIAS microelectronics" – representative of "Downstream Technologies" for Bulgaria.

Downstream Technologies TRIAS Microelectronics

"CAM350" is the connection between CAD-data given by the customer and production process.

Some of the features of "CAM350" include:
  • Manual and automatic import and export of GERBER, EXCELLON and Sieb&Meyer files, aperture tables
  • Import of other vector graphical formats as DXF, HPGL, ODB++
  • Gives information about base components of topology of the printed circuit board
  • Manipulating of data
  • Check of critical values
  • Penalization
  • Optimization
  • Creating and manipulating of NC-data
  • Export of a netlist /IPC-D-356A/

New "Microcraft" tester PDF Print E-mail

We bought and successfully started second „flying probe” tester from Japan company “Microcraft”, model EM5141.

This model is more precise and faster than EL6146MS. The test is full like in first model. This tester will help us to increase the quality of prototypes and small series PCB produced in the company, regardless of complexity.

The normal production time has been shorten from 4 weeks to 3 weeks, without price changing, thanks to optimizing production cycle.
